Youth PWR was delighted to host Sarah Jones, Member of Parliament for Croydon, during her recent visit to our office. The day was filled with meaningful discussions, a tour of our dynamic workspace, and a delightful luncheon. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase our achievements, discuss our future plans, and highlight the impact of our work with young people.
The visit began with a guided tour of our office, where Sarah had the opportunity to experience the energy and creativity that drives Youth PWR. A key highlight of the tour was the Creative Digital Lab, home to our award-winning Creative Digital Media Programme. This space has been transformative for many young people, equipping them with essential skills in media production.
As Sarah explored the office, each member of our team shared insights into their work, discussed key initiatives, and outlined future plans. These engaging conversations highlighted the breadth of our impact, from skill-building workshops to innovative outreach programmes. Sarah’s thoughtful questions and encouraging feedback made these exchanges even more meaningful.
The visit concluded with a delicious luncheon featuring sandwiches, cheese boards, fresh fruits, and cakes. Around the table, our CEO, who led the discussion, emphasised the importance of Youth PWR’s work and shared our ambitious vision for the future.
