Employability programme that helps equip young people with the necessary skills to attain & retain sustainable employment, giving them the essential skills as well as building personal qualities and values that enables them to thrive in any workplace.
'Evolve' - Our employability programme is a free employability workshop for young people in Croydon and the surrounding areas looking to gain the necessary skills to enable them develop their employability prospect. The programme will prepare young people to successfully gain jobs and maintain professional workplace standards to ensure longevity of employment.

EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME for young people
Soft & Practical Skills... with Industry Professionals.
The programme will consist of various workshops, as well as practical activities to build teamwork and help with problem solving skills. These workshops will offer young people training and skills to help them prepare and develop their employability prospect.

The programme covers a wide range of skills, both soft and practical skills to include:
​
Soft Skills - Communication, problem solving, organisation, teamwork, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.
Practical Skills - CV building, writing cover letters, emailing, job search, and interview preparations.
​
The programme also includes sessions for mock job interviews and interview based group tasks, giving young people the tools to be successful at job interviews. The workshops are facilitated by trained and experienced individuals, and supported by industry professionals spanning across retail, sales, local government, entertainment, leisure and hospitality.
